Invoicing in Salesforce is only truly powerful when it flows seamlessly through to your accounting. Without an integration, parallel administrations and data silos arise: the same data is maintained in two places, resulting in duplicate work and a risk of errors. That is why the Billing Platform integrates with the most widely used ERP and accounting packages.
Supported systems
The platform integrates with, among others, Exact Online, Unit4 Multivers and Microsoft Dynamics. Invoices and revenue streams originate in Salesforce, while the final financial processing takes place in your ERP. For Exact Online you use our dedicated Influx Exact Connector.
One logical flow
The integration works on the basis of standardised synchronisation between Salesforce and your ERP. Customer profiles, invoice data, sales information, general ledger data and payment statuses are synchronised. The result: one logical flow instead of parallel administrations, with no duplicate entry and a far smaller risk of errors.
Which data is linked?
- Customer profiles: so customer data is correct in both systems
- Invoice data: invoices originate in Salesforce and flow through to finance
- Sales information: for a complete picture of customer value
- General ledger data: for correct financial processing
- Payment statuses: so sales and finance see the same position
Insight that was previously fragmented
Because everything is linked, an integrated picture of customer value and financial performance emerges that was previously spread across systems. This improves your forecasting and the reliability of your figures: one source of truth instead of separate islands.
Scalable and maintainable
The integrations are built to grow with your organisation. If your process changes, the configuration easily adapts along with it, without bespoke development for every adjustment. ERP integration is part of the Pro licence of the Billing Platform. Questions about your specific package? Get in touch without obligation.
