The Influx Exact Connector connects far more than just invoices. Below you’ll read exactly which data is kept in sync between Salesforce and Exact Online, and why that matters.

Customer and Relationship Data

  • Accounts: changes in Salesforce are applied directly in Exact Online, so your billing details are always correct.
  • Contacts & addresses: multiple contact persons and different delivery and billing addresses stay synchronised, which prevents logistical errors.

Products and Categorisation

  • Products: names, descriptions and pricing information remain identical across both systems.
  • Item groups: sales categorisation is automated, ensuring accurate financial reporting.

The Financial Flow

  • Orders: sales orders go straight from Salesforce to Exact Online for processing.
  • Invoices: generate and send invoices automatically, with a status that is updated in real time in both systems.

Accounting Details

  • Payment status: account managers can see directly in Salesforce whether an invoice has been paid.
  • General ledger accounts & cost centres: revenue allocation happens automatically, for detailed financial insight.

Beyond the Standard

The connector supports all Exact Online tables, allowing customisation to go beyond the standard objects. In addition, invoices can be sent via the Peppol e-invoicing standard, mandatory in Belgium from 1 April 2026 and therefore an important step towards European compliance.

In One or Both Directions

For each of these objects, you decide the synchronisation direction and frequency yourself. Explore the Exact Online connector for all the possibilities, or schedule a demo.
