Follo Agency is a leading player in the online marketing industry, offering a broad range of SaaS services from Utrecht to companies in the Netherlands and Belgium.
The challenge
Follo Agency's financial information lived in loose custom fields and was reported manually to the back office. On top of that, there was no structured way to configure subscription packages or correct invoiced, billable consultant hours after the fact.

Our approach
We extended Follo Agency's existing Salesforce environment with our full Billing Platform, connected to Exact Online and Stripe, and built two specific pieces of functionality on top: a package configurator and customisable invoice templates with correction options.
Package configurator
With a dedicated configurator, Follo Agency assembles subscription packages in a structured way, instead of recording individual arrangements in separate fields.
Invoicing & invoice templates
The Billing Platform handles invoicing from Salesforce, with custom invoice templates that also allow corrections to previously invoiced, billable consultant hours.
Influx Exact Connector
Our Exact Connector connects invoicing directly to the financial administration in Exact Online.
Stripe for automatic collection
With the Stripe integration, Follo Agency collects payments automatically, and the Billing Platform keeps accounts receivable management on track.
Data migration
Financial data that previously sat in loose fields and manual reports was cleaned up and migrated into the new setup.

After go-live, the team kept building on new needs arising from the organisation.
