The challenge
The commercial side of Zyfer already ran on Salesforce, but invoicing lived in Exact Online. Every sales invoice and every purchase invoice from contracted professionals had to be re-entered manually. That cost time, introduced errors and left finance without a current picture.

Our approach
With our Influx Exact Connector we connected Salesforce directly to Exact Online, covering both the sales and the purchase side. Around it, we configured the invoicing flows, number sequences and Peppol e-invoicing, step by step and in close consultation with the Zyfer team.
Sales invoices
Invoices created in Salesforce synchronise automatically to Exact Online, including customer details and invoice lines.
Purchase invoices
The purchase side was connected as well, so invoices from contracted professionals follow the same automated route.
Peppol & number sequences
We set up Peppol e-invoicing and made sure invoice number sequences stay correct automatically, ready for the European e-invoicing mandate.
Smarter recruiting
With AI-driven CV parsing and Datasolver company data, we also strengthened the recruitment process itself, directly in Salesforce.
