MULTA Casting brings talent and productions together. For commercials, films and TV programmes they select from large numbers of candidates. The work revolves around speed, overview and clear communication, often under tight client deadlines.

The challenge
The casting and selection process ran via separate lists, folders and email. With every new production the overview started from scratch, and finding earlier candidates took unnecessary time.
- Candidates, roles and productions were tracked in separate files
