Staff Capital Management B.V. is a leading payroll and staffing organisation from Deventer, operating under several labels, connecting flexible workers with client companies at scale.
The challenge
At an organisation of this size, employees are moving through dozens of phases at dozens of companies at any given moment: from onboarding and contract to leave, sick leave and offboarding. Clients had no window of their own onto that reality and had to fall back on Staff Capital itself for every status update, which simply did not scale at this size.
