Marie-Stella-Maris
From a clear-cut Sales Cloud implementation to a state-of-the-art international B2B Commerce platform, where customers place orders themselves from the full assortment.
Marie-Stella-Maris is one of the best-known Dutch brands in personal care products, with a growing international customer base.
The challenge
The first contact came about after a failed HubSpot implementation that did not fit what Marie-Stella-Maris needed. Within a pre-set budget, we had to show that Salesforce was in fact the right answer. On top of that, sales was tracked by email and Excel, with no grip on the pipeline. The same products carried different prices per sales channel, contacts could not be linked to multiple accounts, and orders had to be pushed through as pro forma to the It's Perfect ERP system. Customers also had no environment of their own to place orders themselves from the full assortment, including internationally.

Our approach
After the failed HubSpot implementation, we started, just as with Talpa Studios, with a regular Sales Cloud implementation within a pre-set budget: to give the sales team a more organised way of working, clear insight into the pipeline, and above all to prove that Salesforce was in fact the right choice. After a successful implementation, with the CEO and CTO very pleased with the quality of the work and the pragmatic, solution-focused approach, we were awarded the project for a state-of-the-art B2B Commerce platform: a project spanning well over 1.5 years that is now being rolled out internationally and goes live in 2026.
Sales Cloud foundation
A clear-cut Sales Cloud implementation gave the sales team grip on the pipeline, with full activity insight across calling, emailing, messaging, quoting and digital signing.
Price lists per channel
The same products carry different prices per sales channel, such as hospitality and boutique. We translated that into a clear pricing structure in Salesforce.
Connection to It's Perfect
Orders are pushed through as pro forma to the It's Perfect ERP system, so sales and administration stay aligned.
B2B Commerce MVP
Following the successful Sales Cloud implementation, the B2B Commerce project was awarded: a state-of-the-art platform where customers place orders themselves from the full assortment.
Payments & synchronisation
A Mollie integration with dynamic payment options, and Skyvia connections that keep product data, price books and buyer groups (customer segments with their own pricing) in sync.
A tailored shopping experience
Custom components, such as top-selling products and dynamic promo banners, make the platform as compelling as a consumer webshop.
Knowledge base with AI translation
A knowledge base for customers, with articles automatically translated via Agentforce for the international rollout.
The result
The B2B Commerce platform is being rolled out internationally and goes live in 2026: customers will soon order themselves from the full assortment, in their own language and at the right price for their channel.
What started as a clear-cut Sales Cloud implementation grew, after a successful delivery that left the CEO and CTO very pleased, into the largest project in the partnership: a state-of-the-art B2B Commerce platform. Customers will soon place orders themselves from the full assortment, with pricing tailored per channel, dynamic payment options via Mollie, and a knowledge base automatically available in multiple languages thanks to Agentforce. The platform is now being rolled out internationally and goes live in 2026.
